Here are a few of the frequently asked questions. If you have any questions please contact us. Where do you ship from? We ship goods to you from Japan. Are you shipping still during COVID-19? We are still shipping. We will notify you of any delays. How long will it take for my items to arrive? It will usually take 5-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times may vary or delay during COVID-19. Where can I place an order from? You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide. But during COVID-19, some areas may not apply for shipping right now. Before make an order please check our Shipping Info. What if my order is wrong? Each item is unique and you might find small differences between the item you ordered and the original picture. This includes features such as color, pattern and fabric designs. If, however, for some reason you have received a completely different product, please contact us immediately. Can I cancel my order? An order cannot be cancelled once it has been packed for shipment. The shipping address cannot be changed on an order after it has shipped. It typically takes 5-30 working days for our products to reach our customers. In some rare cases, it may take a little longer. Cancellation of orders will not be accepted under any circumstances. If you have made a mistake in your order (such as incorrect size or delivery address), please email us and we will amend your order. What if my package not received? If the shipment tracking information shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the post office or courier company directly for information in case it was prematurely tagged as delivered. If it has been determined that the package has been lost in transit, please contact us. Can I exchange my items? For exchanges to items that are damaged or defective, please email us with the details within 14 days of the posted delivery date. Clear images of the damaged/defective item may be required before an exchange can be processed. Will I be charged for Customs and Taxes? For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Shipping Info Currently we use Japan EMS as our preferred postal carrier. We will always try to send your order in the most efficient, least costly method. Please note that during COVID-19, shipments to some locations may be delayed. And some areas may not apply for shipping right now. These countries or areas at below are not available for shipping by EMS right now. 1. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and customs duties. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs duties incurred in your country, as well as any fees for issuing necessary documents. Please check with your country’s customs office before placing an order. Please note that the EMS tracking system is not available in some areas for international shipments. In such cases, please contact your local post office.
